Nick Y. Khan
Executive Manager
Mr. Nick Khan is the founder of Gensys, LLC, a diversified consulting firm focusing on Trade, Finance and Venture Capital. He was involved in the actual trade of refined crude
oil from1988 to 1993 before founding Nova Quest Group, LLC and Novoll Petroleum, an oil and gas company offering select drilling projects to accredited investors. He possesses over 30 years of broad sales and management experience in the securities and energy industries.
Mr. Khan began his career in 1987 as a Registered Representative of Texacoma, an NASD Registered Broker-Dealer specializing in private placements of oil and gas. He quickly worked his way to establishing himself as a top producer and manager for numerous client relationships for American Securities, another NASD firm.
Daniel G. Ziegler
Geologist and Advisory Board Member
Mr. Ziegler is the founder of First Order Exploration LLC as well as a
consulting geologist for numerous clients. Broadly skilled exploration
geoscientist with working knowledge of all aspects of exploration including
petroleum system analysis, play generation, petrophysics, rock analysis,
seismic processing and interpretation, advanced data management, wellsite
operations, gravity/magnetics and unconventional direct detection exploration
techniques.
Paul Mueller
CEO/President of Mueller Energy Services
In 1982, Paul Mueller joined the thriving operating and consulting company
Mueller Engineering Corp. that his father Joseph P Mueller founded in 1957.
Mueller Engineering operated over 100 wells and had 20 full time
employees.
Mr. Paul Mueller of Mueller Energy Consulting has 35 plus years of onsite
drilling experience with both day rate and turnkey situations, along the
Texas and Louisiana Gulf Coast and the entire state of Texas, from 1,200’ to
18,000’ including vertical and horizontal HT/HP wells, with water base and
oil base mud systems, and in the Mid-Continent (Oklahoma, Colorado, New Mexico and West Virginia) with
water base, air and foam systems, including vertical and horizontal wells.
William Bramlett
Executive Landman
Mr. Bramlett has extensive experience in the Permian Basin as well as
Louisiana, Oklahoma, East Texas Basin, Texas Gulf Coast, Central Texas,
and South Texas regions. He is a seasoned land professional with diversified experience that covers all aspects of land related activities in
acquisition, divestiture, exploration and production as an executive, inhouse landman, contract landman, field broker/landman and consultant.
He has a wide range of industry contacts across all disciplines. Competent in the negotiation and drafting of industry trade agreements to include; Joint Venture Agreements, JOA, AMI, Participation Agreements and Farm-out/Farm-In Agreements.
